Route Lisbon to Casa da Lima via Fatima
Eager to go to Lisbon. I figured out what the route will be. It will not be the straight way to Santiago because I will not walk on the road and that is exactly what the camino does from Lisbon to Tomar. I found that out walking my last camino from home to Porto.
I already walked from Casa da Lima to Tomar so… I need to figure out a different route. I do like to see the sea and nice views such as the last 2 days I did, before reaching Porto.
Caminho do Mar
1 Lisbon praca commercio – Estoril 7 h around 27 km
2 Estoril – Sintra 8h around 32 km
3 Sintra- Ericeira
4 Ericeira – Lourinha
5 Lourinha – Nazare
[6 Nazare-Pedreiras
7 Pedreiras- Fatima]
These stages were so long, that I stopped counting the hours after the second day. I didn’t do stage 6 and 7. I had to go back home to take care of my daughter of 7. She didn’t like all these caminho’s because I was not at home with her…
