After five nights of good night sleep, without big snorers, I know now who the big snorer is. The Italians tell me, that it is the man who just asked me where the albergue is.
After being awake around five for an hour or so, I finally fell asleep until 8:00! Not bad for a public albergue where people start waking up and making noise around 6:00. I quickly get up, pack and go. Today will be a dry and sunny day.
It is not very long stage just 20 km. I will have tapas and a beer in Spain today for lunch.
Bridge to Spain
Valenca is a beautiful old fortress town. I walk through it and it has nice views.

Around this time there are a lot of chestnuts, and leaving Valenca, I cannot leave them behind, so I pick a kilo, and bring them in my backpack.
Crossing the bridge to Tui Spain, I am getting closer to my destination. I like to see Tui.

Albergue Ideas Peregrinas or Vila San Clemente Hostel?
The first cafe I see: Ideas Peregrinas is also an Albergue. I have a look in the nice shop/café and I ask if I can see the rooms. It looks nice, all is yellow, the colour of the caminho. The Portuguese who passed me several time the last days, without backpack, is drinking something in this café, and I have walk with him to have a look in his Albergue Vila San Clemente Hostel. The garden is impressive with a lot of sculpture art, and the dormitory looks okay. There is a nice kitchen and private rooms, but when I call them I hear that all is full. So I walk back to the first one I saw and paid for my bed in a room with four others. I quickly go to the restaurant across the street which serves plates and tapas. We are hungry and order too much delicious tapas. So I take all home… my lunch for tomorrow.
