\ud83c\udf48We welcome groups of up to 4 people, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience,

\ud83c\udf48This retreat is offered in both English or Dutch, making it accessible and comfortable for all groups.

\ud83c\udf48The retreat spans 2 full days, an afternoon and morning. You\u2019ll arrive the afternoon before. We\u2019ll pick you in Coimbra around 17:00. After breakfast on the 4rd day, we\u2019ll bring you to Coimbra to continue your journey feeling refreshed.

\ud83c\udf48Every last week of the month we plan a retreat. Join us for a Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday-Friday.
Depending on your preference and group availability you could also start on a different day or even in the weekend, just talk to us.

\ud83c\udf48The ideal retreat season runs from March to September, with warmth and dry weather (almost) guaranteed. From October to
February, the weather in our part of Portugal becomes unpredictable\u2014it could be warm and dry or pouring rain. If you\u2019re not afraid of rain, October-February is a great time to visit. It\u2019s not really cold. We could walk outside in the sun with T-shirts on. It\u2019s the perfect season to escape those harsh end-of-year deadlines or simply soak up some sunshine. Here, if it\u2019s not raining, the sun is almost always shining!

Pricing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


\ud83c\udf48 We want to show you how nature, walking, and mindful activities can positively impact your health. That\u2019s why we aim to make this as accessible as possible. We are practical, down-to-earth and not overly spiritual.
The price is \u20ac464 per person and it doesn’t include plane tickets, and the transport to Coimbra by bus or train.
If you book via our website we pick you up as a group in Coimbra and bring you back on the last day. We value you as an individual, which is why we don\u2019t require a minimum number of participants. But let’s try our best to have a full house.
If you like to do this retreat privately, it is possible for an extra fee. Just talk to us.

\ud83c\udf48The reservation is only finalized after a deposit of half the amount (\u20ac232). The remaining balance is to be transferred or settled 1,5 week before arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf48In case of cancellation more than 1.5 weeks in advance, this deposit will be refunded in the form of a voucher for a 3-day private stay, or we can reschedule your retreat for a different date. Talk to us when something happens a 1,5 week before your retreat, normally no refund will be provided, but let’s try to find a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve noticed that our pilgrims keep walking every day, no matter the weather\u2014rain or shine. <\/em>
Why not follow their lead? Focus and go-for-it.
But if you\u2019re flexible, booking a week in advance based on the weather forecast is the best way to ensure a full outdoor experience.<\/em>

Even in January with night frost, when the above photo’s are taken, it is comfortable to do exercises outside in the sun. It is not cold. Luckily this year 2025 is the first time we had a lot of sun in December and January. The past three years during this time of the year, we had a lot of rain.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf4b A Path Walked with Purpose<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve walked this path before you\u2014taking mindful steps in our mind and through the beauty of nature. We climbed the Giant Brothers mountains, sometimes challenged, but always feeling stronger after trying. Along the way, we found moments of peace and a renewed sense of energy to face the challenges of ordinary life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this path of mindfulness helped us<\/a>, it can surely do the same for you. It\u2019s not about perfection\u2014it\u2019s about taking the time, one step at a time, to reconnect with yourself and consequently with others around you. You\u2019ve got this, and we\u2019re here to guide you on this journey.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Monday, Thursday, Friday I will practice mindful exercises in the morning around 9:00-9:45 in Rabacal. Let me know if you like to join for a half hour of ‘body scan’! A nice activity to start your day, or to rest for a while you walking to Fatima or Santiago de Compostela!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
